And gelatin ribbon thickness can be detected and adjusted automatically.Ø Our Soft gel capsule machine is PLC touch screen(HMI) controlled. On touch screen we can set and adjust temperature of medicine hopper, die roller segment, gelatin spreader box and air conditioner, and we can also set and adjust die roller rotating speed and lubricating oil quantity, and set and adjust tumble dryer drying time of each basket. Besides there are also many other functions on touch screen of this softgel machine: recipe management, failure warning, alarm list and temperature trending.Ø There is liquid level sensor installed on cover of this soft gel capsule machine hopper and it works together with compressed air to supply medicine to machine automatically from pressurized medicine tankØ Adopts air conditioner instead of water chiller to cool down the casting drums, this soft gel capsule machine can save energy cost for manufacturers.Ø The medicine tubes joint of our machine medicine pump is specially designed stainless steel material, which is not easy to explode and leak.Ø The injecting assembly can be lifted up and lowered down automatically and can be stopped at any position.Ø There are both conveyor and blower for transporting capsules from soft gel capsule machine to tumble dryers to avoid adhesion of capsules before they go into softgel machine tumble dryers.What Kind of Service We can Provide for Our softgel Encapsulation Machine?1.
