Application Scope
- Used for determining the following properties of various single fibers:
- Breaking strength
- Initial modulus
- Elongation at break
- Load at a specified elongation
- Elongation at a specified load
- Creep
Instrument Features
1. Microcomputer-controlled with online communication support.
2. High-precision, high-speed force measurement system for accurate test data.
3. Patented pneumatic clamps with constant clamping force to ensure full contact between the clamp faces, preventing sample damage or slippage during experiments.
4. Low-noise and stable drive system composed of high-precision ball screws and high-performance stepper motors from internationally renowned brands.
5. Direct connection to a computer via a high-speed USB port, providing detailed historical test data, reports, graphics, and database establishment capabilities.
6. Large-screen LCD with Chinese menu display for intelligent interface and human-machine interaction, with a printer outputting Chinese reports and curve graphics.
7. Capable of storing 300 test data sets with power-off memory function.
8. LED lighting in the operating area with soft light for convenient sample handling and testing.
