Multiplex Sand/Wheel Abrasion Tester
The Multiplex Sand/Wheel Abrasion Tester is a floor-standing abrasion testing system designed for evaluating material wear resistance under dry sand and wet slurry conditions. It supports standardized test methods including ASTM G65, ASTM G105, and ASTM B611. By applying controlled normal load and wheel speed, you can accurately assess abrasive wear behavior of metals, cemented carbides, coatings, and other engineering materials.
Standards
This tester is designed to perform tests in accordance with the following standards:
(1) ASTM G65 Standard Test Method for Measuring Abrasion Using the Dry Sand/Rubber Wheel Apparatus;
(2) ASTM G105 Standard Test Method for Conducting Wet Sand/Rubber Wheel Abrasion Tests;
(3) ASTM B611 Test Method for Abrasive Wear Resistance of Cemented Carbides.
