Test Procedures
Ensure the chamber is evacuated and all connections are secure.
Fill the test container with the desired gas sample to the required concentration.
Activate the PLC-controlled system to monitor temperature and pressure in real time.
Initiate ignition via the central electrode.
Observe internal explosion event through the explosion-proof window.
Record pressure, temperature, explosion slope, and rise rate via dynamic data acquisition system.
Collect gas samples post-test using manual ball valve for further analysis.
Export all recorded data for report generation in Excel, Word, or PDF format.
Maintenance Information
Inspect and clean the ignition electrode regularly to remove carbon deposits.
Verify thermocouple calibration and replace if necessary.
Check all ports, flanges, and threaded interfaces for gas-tight integrity.
Ensure PLC, data acquisition modules, and industrial PC are operating correctly.
Clean observation window to maintain visibility during tests.
Test safety valves and pressure relief systems periodically for proper functionality.
