Test Procedures
Sample Preparation:
Select representative components, such as solid insulation parts or PCBs.
Secure the sample firmly on the rotating worktable.
Setup:
Install the hardened steel scratch needle in the holder.
Set the vertical load to 10 N ±0.5 N (adjustable as required).
Adjust scratch speed, spacing, length, and angle using the touchscreen interface.
Testing Procedure:
Move the scratch needle perpendicular to the sample surface at the specified speed (20 mm/s ±5 mm/s).
Ensure scratches are spaced at least 5 mm apart and at least 5 mm from sample edges.
Use the rotating table to perform longitudinal and transverse scratches if needed.
Record test parameters and results via the PLC system.
