Low - temperature Winding Tester for Automotive Wires
The low - temperature winding tester for automotive wires is used to assess and determine the performance of circular wire cables or circular insulated wire cores in low - temperature conditions.
Test Standards:
ISO 6722, ISO 14572, ISO 19642, SAE J1128, QC/T 730, JASOD611 - 2009, etc.
Main Parameters:
1) Low - temperature winding sample: less than 25mm² 2) Diameter of winding rod: Φ6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 25, 30, 32, 40, 50, 58, 62.5, 74, 82.5, 90, 98.5mm (optional) 3) Weight weights: 0.5, 2.5, 5, 8, 10kg and combined weights: 4 pieces of 10kg (Note: for large loads such as 30KG weight test, two samples are used in one group) 4) Number of winding turns of the sample: 3 turns 5) The winding rods and brackets of this series of devices are made of stainless steel.

1. Servo motor: 1500W 2. Controller: PLC + touch screen 3. Winding speed: up to 130 revolutions per minute (set on the touch screen) 4. The number of winding turns can be set (set on the touch screen)
