Battery combustion tester
Equipment introduction
Battery combustion tester used for battery fire resistance, battery combustion
injection test. The battery combustion testing machine is to fix the screen at 38.1mm
above the top of the burner, the screen has 20 holes every 25.4mm, the steel wire
diameter is 0.43mm, ignite the burner, and observe the battery burning until the
battery explodes or the battery burns, and time the combustion process.

UL2272-2016, UL2271-2013, GB/T31241-2014, GB/T18287-2013, GBT 8894.4-2008,
YD/T 2344.1-2011, GB/T31485-2015, etc.

1. Burner: Bunsen burner, the inner diameter of the tube is 9.5mm, the length is
about 100 mm

4.Test mesh screen: A mesh screen consisting of 0.43mm(0.017inch) diameter
stainless steel wire woven with 20 mesh per US inch

octagonal, and the eight sides are movable for easy replacement and disassembly

diameter of aluminum wire woven into a net containing 16-18 mesh per inch

insulation, corrosion resistance, outer box cold rolled steel paint treatment
11. Visual observation window :150x150mm, multi-layer tempered glass and
equipped with stainless steel mesh
