Tube Cutting Machine

As the advancement of scientific technology, tube cutting machine bring forth the new through the old, with increasing varieties. According to the process of tube cutting machine, there are four major classifications: manual tube cutting machine, semi-automatic tube cutting machine, full-automatic tube cutting machine and intelligent tube cutting machine. The following are the features of all kinds of tube cutting machines:

1. Manual tube cutting machine:

its size is small, and convenient to carry. It is operated and cut manually, but the efficiency is low, which is suitable to be used for the customers with small amount of work.

2. Semi-automatic tube cutting machine:

semi-automatic tube cutting machine acts as the promotion of manual tube cutting machine and supplement machine of full-automatic tube cutting machine. Compared with manual tube cutting machine, in addition to the cutting of the required length by hand, the rest of the workpiece is clamped, retreated after cutting off, and the fixture is loosened automatically, increasing the working efficiency greatly. Compared with full-automatictube cutting machine, it has the advantages such as chamfering with all angles without changing the position. Just rotate the head to the angle required (with an angle gauge).

3. Full-automatic tube cutting machine:

the traditional full-automatic tube cutting machine is favored by some small and medium-sized enterprises with the small amount of cutting and not very high cutting precision because of its multiple functions. It is divided into servo full-automatic tube cutting machine, servo full-automatic non-woolen tube cutting machine, hydraulic pressure full-automatic tube cutting machine, which applied PLC Touch Control and liquid-crystal 3D animation of cutting. They can be set different lengths and production, and set to complete the cutting automatically. Feeding and cutting are all finished automatically, while loading needs to be done by hand.

4. Intelligent tube cutting machine:

① To feed automatically and continuously. The feed is placed on the shelf by hand and the rest of process will be done automatically.

② To recognize the stub bar and cut the end of feed automatically.

③ To have mechanical location automatically, and the cutting precision can be about 0.05mm.

④ High efficiency: The average cutting only takes 2-3 seconds, no burr in the incision and no deformation. One person can operate multiple machines at the same time. It is suitable for customers who have mass production.
