INTRODUCTION:
This machinecan rotate by itself. For longer workpiece, when beveling0~45°, there is no need to rotate the workpiece. It can keep productioncontinually. The saw blade driving adopts German SEW brand motor and reducer. Saw blade hydraulicautomatic tensioning device keeps saw blade stable during high-speed rotation. Therefore, it can extend life of saw blade. Laser alignment functionand advanced-and-retreatedstructure can be slightly adjusted by hand, which is convenientfor cutting. Automatic coolant compatible with blade could make the blade lubricant and reduce the temperatureof blade. It adopts PLC control. Sawing linear velocitycan be adjusted by transducer motor. Sawing feeding speed can be adjusted by hydraulicstepless adjusting.
APPLICABLE INDUSTRY:
The machine is used for sawing H-shape steel, box beams, channel steel, angle steel and round steel in the industries of steel structure, bridge, three dimensional garages and petrol platform.
COMPISITION:
The machine is mainly composed of sawing frame, worktable, vertical feeding device, vertical pressing device, rotation worktable, carriage for feeding workpiece, hydraulic system, cooling system and electric system etc.
