LXK320HY Drill collar spiral milling machine
Drill collar spiral milling machine is the specialized cnc machine tool for milling drill collar, use three milling cutters cut the mutual 120°spiral groove of drill collar at the same time. X1, X2, X3 moving are controlled by CNC system and servo motor. With 3-jaw chuck, self-centering, whether pipe diameter how to change, the center keeps constant. Use 6sets idler wheel support and clamp workpiece, reduced the resistance of C axis, and increased the rigidity of clamps.
For example: If cut one ∮165 drill collar, three arc slot, then the process time can be in one hour.
