Gas-assisted injection moldequipment mainly includes nitrogen generators, superchargers, gas-assisted controllers, nitrogen storage cylinders, air intake components, gas recovery devices, molds, and injection molding machines.
The function of the nitrogen generator of gas assisted injection moulding is to separate nitrogen from the air and store it in a low-pressure nitrogen cylinder, the nitrogen generator can use two sets of carbon molecular sieves to work alternately from the compressed air passing through, and separate 99% nitrogen.
