Product Introduction:

The purpose of this instrument is to measure the temperature change of the sample with radiant heat.

Arrange the sample and its reference material on the sample table, install it on the measuring table at an Angle of 45°, set a heating plate parallel to the measuring table, measure the surface temperature of the two samples with a radiation thermometer, etc., and measure by regression extrapolation method.

Product Features:

Sample table or holder designed to accommodate both a test sample and a reference material of a specific size (10 cm x 7 cm).

Mounting system for the sample table positioned at a 45° angle relative to the radiant heat source. The table is likely painted black (as indicated by "black painting" for the measuring table Angle) to standardize its thermal properties.

Parallel heating plate made of aluminum black plate, serving as the controlled radiant heat source.

Heater with a controlled operating temperature (90℃) managed by PID control for stability.

Fixed spacing between the sample station (measuring table) and the heater (15cm).

Requires an external radiation thermometer or thermal imaging system (as noted in the "Attention" section) to measure the surface temperature of the samples non-contact.

Designed to operate within a controlled measuring chamber environment with specified temperature (20$pm$1℃) and relative humidity (50$pm$10%RH).

Includes calibrated components for the measuring table and heater.

Uses a regression extrapolation method for data analysis.

Includes a heater storage box.
