Industrial titanium carbide hard alloy guide wheels
This type of guide wheel can be customized with various groove profiles according to the specific dimensions and requirements of wires or pipes, including V-shaped, U-shaped, and semi-circular configurations, thereby accommodating diverse production needs. After precision polishing, the surface roughness can reach as low as Ra 0.01 μm, significantly reducing friction-induced damage to the wire and enhancing the tensile strength of metallic wires by up to 10%.
