Industrial titanium carbide hard alloy guide wheels

This type of guide wheel can be customized with various groove profiles according to the specific dimensions and requirements of wires or pipes, including V-shaped, U-shaped, and semi-circular configurations, thereby accommodating diverse production needs. After precision polishing, the surface roughness can reach as low as Ra 0.01 μm, significantly reducing friction-induced damage to the wire and enhancing the tensile strength of metallic wires by up to 10%. In automotive brake cable manufacturing, the stable guidance provided by these wheels ensures uniform tension distribution, effectively minimizing the risk of cable failure during operation. The guide wheels made from tungsten carbide-based hard alloy exhibit exceptional thermal shock resistance, maintaining structural integrity even when subjected to rapid temperature fluctuations—from room temperature to 300 °C and back—making them highly suitable for intermittent production processes.
