This type of guide wheel can be customized with various groove profiles according to the specific dimensions and requirements of wires or pipes, including V-shaped, U-shaped, and semi-circular configurations, thereby accommodating diverse production needs. After precision polishing, the surface roughness can reach as low as Ra 0.01 μm, significantly reducing friction-induced damage to the wire and enhancing the tensile strength of metallic wires by up to 10%. In automotive brake cable manufacturing, the stable guidance provided by these wheels ensures uniform tension distribution, effectively minimizing the risk of cable failure during operation.
