Sintered grade titanium carbide powder
The purity of 3D printing-specific titanium carbide powder is over 99.7%, with a particle size of 15-53μm. It features high sphericity and excellent fluidity (Hall flow rate ≤15s/50g), and a bulk density of ≥3.2g/cm³, fully meeting the requirements of additive manufacturing processes. The product features high hardness, high-temperature resistance, and wear resistance. The printed formed parts have a dense structure and excellent mechanical properties, and can be directly used in the manufacturing of high-end products such as aerospace components, precision mechanical parts, and medical devices.
