Sintered grade titanium carbide powder
The purity of 3D printing-specific titanium carbide powder is over 99.7%, with a particle size of 15-53μm. It features high sphericity and excellent fluidity (Hall flow rate ≤15s/50g), and a bulk density of ≥3.2g/cm³, fully meeting the requirements of additive manufacturing processes. The product features high hardness, high-temperature resistance, and wear resistance. The printed formed parts have a dense structure and excellent mechanical properties, and can be directly used in the manufacturing of high-end products such as aerospace components, precision mechanical parts, and medical devices. The production process adopts strict quality control to ensure the stability of powder batches, and vacuum packaging prevents oxidation and moisture. We support both small-batch sample production and large-batch supply.
