In metal wire mesh manufacturing, the guide wheel ensures consistent mesh aperture uniformity, maintaining dimensional deviation within ±5%, fully satisfying the stringent tolerances demanded by high-performance filtration media. Dynamic balance is certified to ISO 1940–1 Grade G0.4, resulting in vibration amplitudes below 0.01 mm even at elevated rotational speeds—effectively suppressing mechanical noise and improving overall workshop acoustic conditions. Chemically inert toward common metal wire substrates, the guide wheel prevents surface contamination, discoloration, or interfacial reaction.
