This guide wheel is customizable with various groove geometries—including V-shaped, U-shaped, and semi-circular profiles—tailored to the dimensional and mechanical specifications of wire or tubular materials, thereby accommodating diverse production requirements. Following precision surface polishing, the wheel achieves a surface roughness of Ra 0.01 μm, significantly minimizing friction-induced surface damage to wires and enhancing the tensile strength of metallic wires by up to 10%. In automotive brake line manufacturing, the wheel’s high-precision guidance ensures consistent tension control throughout the drawing process, mitigating risks of in-service failure due to localized stress concentration or premature fracture. Dynamic balance is certified to ISO 1940–1 Grade G0.4, with vibration amplitude remaining below 0.01 mm even at elevated rotational speeds—effectively suppressing equipment vibration and associated acoustic noise, thereby improving occupational safety and workshop environmental conditions. Chemically inert under standard operating conditions, the wheel material exhibits no adverse reactivity with common metal wire substrates, eliminating risks of surface contamination, discoloration, or interfacial degradation. Particularly in precious metal wire processing (e.g., gold and silver wires), its ultra-clean, non-adhesive surface prevents particulate shedding and material loss, contributing directly to yield improvement and cost reduction.
