High-hardness titanium carbide alloy drum for industrial use

This carbonized titanium (TiC) guide wheel is formed by high-temperature sintering of 99.5% pure carbonized titanium powder. Its hardness reaches above HRA 92, with a density of 6.68g/cm³. It possesses excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance (operating temperature ≤ 1600℃), and corrosion resistance. The surface of the guide wheel is precisely ground, with a roughness of ≤ 0.8μm, and the dimensional accuracy is controlled within ±0.01mm, ensuring smooth transmission without deviation. The product has a low friction coefficient (≤ 0.15), and its wear resistance is 5-8 times that of traditional metal guide wheels. This significantly reduces maintenance frequency and replacement costs. It is widely used in conveying lines, transmission equipment, and high-temperature conditions in industries such as metallurgy, mining, electronics, aerospace, etc. The diameter, width, and shaft hole dimensions can be customized according to equipment requirements. The product is vacuum-packed to ensure no surface damage during transportation, making it an efficient and durable preferred component in the industrial transmission field.
