Inside Tire Release Agent

Description:Inside tire paint agent is tire inside release agent of inorganic fillers.It is applied into the inside of the uncured tire. The product gives a very good slip of the bladder into the green tire and a very good release effect after the cure. Due to its white color it is easy to detect and the spray pattern easy to control. Furthermore it shows very good air bleed and prevents the bladder from sticking to the inner liner. The inside of the tire is clean and smooth after the cure.Short drying time and low consumption makes Inside tire paint agent very economical to use.Application fields:Tire industryUasge:Inside tire paint agent need not be diluted.The product is sprayed,Website:, preferably using air atomizing systems onto the inside of the green tire.
