Adopting NBR or PVC as its raw material and added other accessory materials.
This kind of pipe boasts such advantages as closed-cell structure, good aging resistance performance, low heating conductivity, moisture resistance factor, good fireproofing, easy installation.
It widely apply to solar energy and air-conditioner heat preservation pipe/sheet, insulating pipe and sheet, sealing strips, top grade handle, sleeve of fitness equipment, vehicle, ship, chemical, pharmaceutical, construction, sanitation, etc. to reach the result of reducing cold and heat loss.
This machine can produce foam insulation pipes and sheets. Three pipes extrusion per time in big size, six pipes extrusion per time in small size.
Regular production size :
Pipe : inside diameter 6mm-114mm, wall thickness 6mm-30mm
Sheet : width is up to you, 9mm-35mm in thickness
