Pail Crimper
Pail crimper is the sealing tool used to seal lids of metal open head containers, including lubricant bucket, chemical bucket, and paint bucket, etc. It could be used for buckets of various sizes as long as their lid diameter is the same.
Based on different driving methods, pail crimper could be classified into manual and automatic. Advantages of manual drum crimping tools are cost effective. Automatic pail crimper is more appropriate under heavy duty conditions.
Details of drum closure tools
Manual pail crimper consists of two operating handles, main body, and jaws. Surface of the handle and main body are painted to prevent corrosion. Joints of the handle and jaws are specially designed for long-term application.
Automatic pail crimping tool is driven by compressed air. It seals the open head bucket in the same way as manual pail crimper, but in a more consistent and efficient way.
Both manual and automatic pail crimper have 16 jaws, and these jaws will push the edge of metal lid towards bucket openings. Single operation of the pail crimper could seal lid properly on the container.
