Squeezing machine (model:JYJ-4) to processing aluminium ladder (also called swaging or corrugation), suitable toswaging "D"-shape rung and "O"-shape rung, those kinds of rung can produce single section ladder and extension ladder,but cannot joint a folding ladder.It is most important that ladder rung match up profile, generally the follwoing matches ladderrung with profile:
1. "O"-shape rung with "C"-channel profile (Both inside and outside corrugation).
2. "D"-shape rung with "C"-channel profile (Both inside and outside corrugation).
3. "O"-shape rung with "工"-shape profile (Both inside and outside corrugation).
4. Square rung with rectangle profile ( 1. Inside corrugation and outside flanging,
2. Inside expanding and outside corrugation).
5. Oval rung with "工"-shape profile (Both inside and outside corrugation).
