Electric-Folded Basketball Backstop
1、technical data
Outstretched arm 3.25m, high 3.05m from upon of the ring to the ground，the size of the base：L*W*FH*BH=2.15×1.14×0.95×0.49（m），It fit FIBA standard, It fit 37.4m space.
2、material used
The base was welded by high quality tube 60*120mm, 100*100mm, 50*100mm etc.,
the support of the front and behind were made by 80*100mm, 80*80mm tube
the outstretched was made by 150*150mm square pipe and 3.0mm steel sheet. The weld surface is uniform smooth.
The rotating parts of the back-arm and the connecting parts of the arm head are all copper sleevesandstainless steel 304 material shaft is connected, the performance is safe and reliable. The high quality round pipe on the basket is formed on the bending machine once, avoiding the hidden danger of welding and welding slag easily causing rust, and the reasonable structure design and unique appearance modeling are harmonious and unified.
3、Principle of product structure
HKF-1001 electric-hydraulic basketball backstop adopts microcomputer control system. withlifting system, running wheel telescopic mechanism, electrical appliances.
The lifting of the main body of the basket adopts the servo motor control principle. When in use, the motor can be started by connecting the single-phase power supply of 220 V and 50 Hz to drive the electric cylinder. Through the microcomputer control system, the electric cylinder can perform the conversion functions such as arm lifting, wheel stretching, etc., and then the electric cylinder can produce the stretching movement, so as to make the arm lifting and wheel lifting of the basketball backstop.
4、backboard
The backboardare three rebounds with a high strength and safety glass backboard 1800 x 1050x12.0 mm with high transparency, good weather resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, and not easy to be blurred, and cover a paddingalong the side of the backboard. The height and thickness of the front and rear surface of the U-paddingare ≥ 20mm, and the bottom’sthickness is ≥ 50mm, which is fit forFIBA rules. It can effectively protect players from injury when dunk.
The backboardflexible 500N/min, the center deflection is ≤ 6mm, and the paddingrestore after the cancellation of the external force 1min.
5、ring
The ring is made byφ18 solid circular steel, and the ring performance is good. When the static load is not reached to 105kg at the top of the ring, the ring does not turn. When the static load is ≥ 105kg, the ring turns downward and the angle is not more than 30°. It can effectively solve the problem of the stability of the basket and the safety of the dunk when the basket is shot.
6、fastener
All fasteners of the basketball backstop use ss 304 and hotgalvanized to ensure that it will not rust for a long time.
7、Protective measures
The front support, base and arm of the basketball backstopare with special paddingto protect the athletes from the impact. The bottom of the base has a shock proof pad. The rear part is equipped with special special balance weight and the balanceweight 750KG/pc. It can guarantee the load of 3200N in the root of the ring, and the basketball frame is not tilted. The special safety mechanism is installed between the base and the arm, which can effectively guarantee the safety and beauty when used.
8、surface treatment
The final surface treatment was finished on the automatic spraying line by electrostatic epoxy based powder spraying on the automatic spraying line. The thickness of the coating was 80um to 120um. The product has the advantages of acid and alkali resistance, moisture and heat resistance, anti-aging, beautiful appearance, and the product coating formula does not contain toxic elements, to avoid damaging the health of users.
