TGE can produce AC, DC, and high gradient MOV, a wide range of products to meet the technical needs of 1-1100kV MOA and SPD, The annual MOV (also called zinc oxide blocks, zno blocks, zinc oxide disc and mov disc) production capacity will reach 3,000 tons in 2023. Types of MOV Blocks
MOV Block for Distribution Arrester
High 8/20μs lightning impulse protection level, High -current density, High current impulse withstand capability, good aging performance.

MOV Block for Substation Arrester
Higher 2ms square wave repeatedly transferred charge tolerance, high stability of long -term operation, and excellent protection performance.

MOV Block for Line Surge Arrester
Higher 200-230μs repetitive charge transfer rating, strong ability to prevent direct lightning and Voltage/time characteristics are good.

High Gradient MOV Block for GIS Arresters

The 2ms square wave has a strong streaming capacity and high voltage gradient that can effectively reduce Arrest height and excellent U-I characteristics.

MOV Block for DC Arresters
Good DC polar reversal aging test capabilities, MOV Can resist multiple harmonics in the DC system, Outstanding protection characteristics, and excellent protection characteristics.
