Autofocus Laser Cutting Head
Without Manual Focusing: The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens to realize automatic perforating and cutting plates of different thicknesses. The speed of automatically adjusting the focus lens is ten times of manual adjusting.
Bigger Adjustment Range: Adjustment range -10 mm~ +10mm, precision 0.01mm, suitable for 0 ~ 20mm different types of plates.
Long Service Life: Collimator lens and focus lens both have a water-cooling heat sink which reduces the temperature of the cutting head to improve the life of the cutting head.
Clamp Design
It adopts a pneumatic clamp design on both sides and can modulate the center automatically. The diagonal adjustable range is 20-220mm.

Sheet and pipe integrated design

Segmented rectangular pipe welding machine
The internal structure of the bed adopts an airplane metal honeycomb structure, which is welded by multiple rectangular tubes. Reinforcing ribs are arranged in the tube to increase the strength and tensile strength of the bed, and at the same time increase the resistance and stability of the guide rail, effectively avoiding the deformation of the bed. With high strength, stability, and tensile strength, it is guaranteed not to be deformed after 20 years of use; the rectangular tube has a wall thickness of 10mm and a weight of 4500kg.

It can cut 0.5-5mm carbon steel plate (pipe), 0.5-2.5mm stainless steel plate, galvanized steel (pipe), electrolytic galvanized steel (pipe), silicon steel (pipe), and other metal sheets and pipes. Range of pipe diameter: 20-220mm.
