What Is The Difference Between Escalator And Moving Walks?
Escalators are "staircase-like moving walkways" used to go up and down stairs. The (altitude) height from the point of ascent to the point of descent is different, and the pedals of the escalator on the way up and down are spread out to form a staircase.
Moving walkways are the kind that connect the waiting gates and terminals in the airport, and are used for moving on the same floor. The altitude (altitude) from the start point to the end point is the same, and the pedals will not be deployed during the ride.
