Crown Block
Crown Block
The crown frame is made of high strength steel shapes.
Sheave grooves are hardened by medium frequency induction to provide extended service life.
Working sheaves have double-row conical roller bearings and each bearing is individually lubricated.
The rope guard prevents the wire rope from running out of the sheave grooves.
Equipped with wooden bumper blocks and retainer net.
Equipped with a frame crane for use when repairing the sheave groups
Equipped with sand line sheaves and auxiliary sheaves.
The sheaves and bearings are interchangeable with those of matching traveling block
The crown blocks conform to API specification 4F
