Machine description:
The product uses a YAG solid laser optical generator system, planer type structure, stable optical path, casting X axis beam structure, structure stable, instead of the conventional cantilever structure. And have the advantages: smaller size, lighter weight, resistance to deformation, and higher precision. The products include machine body , laser device, software CNC system , exhaust system , gas , and water circulatory system with a compact structure , easy to operate , stable optical path, etc.
Machine features:
1, Smaller cutting line, high precision.
2, Auto focus laser cutting head with “Laser-mech” USA, guarantee the right focus length.
3, High precision ball screw with a perfect fuel injection systems, make sure a Continuity and fluency transmission.
4, We use servo motor from Japan, make sure the cutting stable and cutting speed fast.
5, For highly reflective metal material, also can achieve a good cutting , such as : aluminum, copper , etc.
6, Universal roller design, making it more convenient to feed, avoiding scratches while processing materials.
