Matting agent M-10

M-10 is a kind of chemical matting agent without wax, which mainly suitable for polyester/epoxyhybrid powdercoating system.The characteristic of M-10 is it can offer the good mechanical property, excellent leveling property, perfect anti-yellowing property and the clear coating effect in the power coating. Meanwhile, the product consumption significantly reduced, compared to the similar products available on the market, it can reduce costs remarkably.

• Bulk density:450-550 g / l
• Solid Content : 99%

• M-10does not react with epoxy, it is pre-mixed withother materials when you use it, it can besqueezed directly. It will have better matting effect if epoxy has a slight excess in the formulations.
• The powderpaints and coatings made from the M-10 is smooth and never getting yellow
• The application range of polyester is very widely, It can match themost of the5:5and6:4polyesters in the market and provide a goodmatting effect.
• You canchoose to addsuitableaccelerator/catalystto improveimpactperformance, but itmay causethe rise of coatingsurface glossand the reduce of the levelingperformance.
• The powder coatings made of the M-10havea good storage stability.
• Recommendedextrusion temperature: I District95 ℃, IIDistrict110 ℃;recommendedcuring condition: 200 ℃ * 12min or190 ℃ * 15min.
• Heavy metalcontents of this productconforms to the requirment of EURoHSstandard.

The usage of M-10 is 1-3.1% of the total amount for powdercoating formulations,it suitable for 5%@60degreesabovegloss, the more of the usage, the gloss will be lower.
