Round Flange Mounted Units Pressed Steel 2019
ISUTAMI pressed steel round flange mounted unit, also known as ISUTAMI 3-bolt pressed steel round flange mounted bearing unit, it consists of two main components: a stamped steel housing and an insert spherical ball bearing. The housing is with a round flange and is made of low carbon stamped steel strip with zinc plated on the surface, so the housing has an anti-corrosion function. Three square bolt holes are evenly distributed on the circular flange, and the angle between the holes is 120°. These bolt holes are primarily used to secure and mount the entire bearing unit. The spherical bearing built into the steel housing is a rolling ball bearing, which is mainly used to reduce the friction of the transmission equipment during operation. There is a dust-proof rubber ring on each side. In addition, the inner ring of the bearing is generally divided into two types: a set screw locking type and an eccentric locking type, which can fix a circular shaft of a corresponding size. The series is pre-lubricated and one half with grease fitting, one half with grease groove.

ISUTAMI pressed steel flange bearingis lighter than the cast iron round flange housing. The maximum size of 3-bolt pressed steel round flange mounted bearing units does not exceed 2kg, and the pressed steel housing is smaller. However, the series of mounted bearing units can only be used in applications with low loads. At present, ISUTAMI can provide three different types of products: UCPF series unit, SBPF series unit and SAPF series unit. Correspondingly, among the three products, UC200 series ball bearings, SB200 series ball bearings and SA200 series ball bearings are combined with PF series bearing housings to form bearing units. ISUTAMI stamped steel round flange monted bearing unit, because of its easy assembly and disassembly, has a long service life under certain conditions, and it is used in some specific machinery and equipment. At the same time, ISUTAMI can also provide a 4-bolt pressed steel round flange mounted bearing unit, and the 4-bolt product is more stable after installation.
