FPC Flex Durability Tester
The FPC Flex Durability Tester is designed to evaluate the bending durability and fatigue life of flexible printed circuits (FPC), flexible flat cables (FFC), and similar flexible electronic components. The tester simulates repeated bending at controlled angles, speeds, and strokes to assess mechanical reliability and electrical continuity under cyclic flexing conditions. It is widely used in product development, quality control, and reliability testing of flexible electronic interconnects.

Test Procedure
(1) Fix the FPC or flexible cable specimen securely in the upper and lower fixtures.
(2) Set the bending angle, test speed, stroke, and target number of cycles on the touch screen.
(3) Enable the electrical continuity detection function if required.
(4) Start the test; the specimen is repeatedly bent according to the preset parameters.
(5) The system automatically counts cycles and monitors electrical continuity.
(6) The test stops automatically when the preset number is reached or when electrical disconnection occurs.
(7) Inspect the specimen and record bending life and failure mode.
Maintenance Information
(1) Regularly inspect fixtures to ensure secure clamping and accurate alignment.
(2) Keep the touch screen and control system clean and free from dust.
(3) Periodically check motor operation and mechanical transmission components.
(4) Verify electrical continuity detection function before critical tests.
