Titanium carbide guide wheel - hard alloy wear-resistant

The installation holes of the guide wheel have high precision, and the fit clearance with the shaft can be controlled within 0.005-0.01mm, ensuring no shaking during rotation and improving the guiding accuracy. Its maintenance cost is low, and it does not require frequent lubrication. Only regular cleaning of surface impurities is needed, making it suitable for continuous operation of automated production lines. In the production of metal wire mesh, guide wheels can ensure the uniformity of the mesh holes of the wire mesh, keeping the error within 5% and meeting the strict requirements of filter materials. The hard alloy titanium carbide guide wheel has excellent thermal shock resistance. It will not crack when the temperature rises sharply from room temperature to 300℃ and then drops sharply back to room temperature, making it suitable for intermittent production conditions. The size range of guide wheels is wide, with diameters ranging from 50mm to 500mm and widths from 10mm to 100mm, which can be adapted to different types of drawing or rolling equipment. In the production of optical fibers and cables, it can precisely guide optical fibers, keeping the attenuation rate of optical fibers below 0.2dB/km and ensuring the quality of communication.
