0872F1 icing detector
The ice accumulation state is detected by the ultrasonic axial vibration tube, and the corresponding frequency change is completed by RS-232 or digital current loop data link. Detect the icing state through the mass load on the probe. When the probe surface is frozen, the probe mass increases and its natural frequency decreases
The frequency is output to the collector through RS232. Heater activation and de-icing through user-defined icing settings (optional)
Sensors are currently widely used in meteorological research product programs such as the National Weather Service Automatic Surface Observing System (ASOS), the Canadian Meteorological Environmental Services automatic weather station program, and various test programs in North America, Europe, and Asia.
use:
Assist urban and rural road maintenance (such as snow melting salt), warn motor vehicle drivers of potential hazards due to icing, and road condition information, etc.
Main application cases:
1. Application under extreme harsh environmental conditions
2. Settlement measurement during the transition from liquid to solid
3. Designed for strong and persistent ice storm measurements
4. Resolve rain and freezing rain at near freezing temperature
5. Can detect junctions up to 0.13mm (0.0005 inches) thick
Advantages:
1. Has been used under extreme harsh environmental conditions
2. Sensing technology eliminates false signals
3. Self-melting ice/drainage function
4. Continuous BIT test to verify sensor function
