Product Description
The Horizontal Machining CenterSeries features an innovative box-type structural design with a horizontally oriented spindle, a high-rigidity worktable, and a precision rotary mechanism. Engineered for high-efficiency machining of medium to large complex components, this series is widely recognized for its superior stability, precision, and powerful cutting capabilities. It is ideal for demanding applications in aerospace, energy equipment, heavy machinery, and more.
CNC Horizontal Machining CenterCharacteristics
● The casting is made of resin sand. After aging treatment, the internal stress can be fully eliminated to ensure good accuracy retention.
● Each axis guide rail adopts the form of a sliding guide rail, with high positioning accuracy, large bearing capacity, good cutting vibration resistance, and high accuracy and stability.
● Adopting imported ball screw, it has strong load-bearing and torsion resistance, fast response speed and good low-speed characteristics.
● The main shaft is imported from Taiwan, ensuring high speed, high precision and high output power.
