1. Thebending machineis certified by the EU CE quality system.The airframe adopts annealing process to eliminate internal stress, which ensures high precision and strength.All products adopt solid 3D programming, and the scientific structure ensures the machining accuracy of the machine.

2. This MB8 series electro-hydraulic bending machines use CNC control system-Delem DA58T, Dutch To help you improve the accuracy and processing efficiency of your products, and maintain the lowest cost and lower maintenance costs.

3. High quality and repetitive bending can be obtained by using synchronous cylinder and valve.

4. The latest high-frequency response hydraulic control technology improves the efficiency and precision of the work.

5. The optimal mix of parameters and top-level core configurations makes the operation more humane.

6.Use fully closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo control technology, slider position signals feedbacked by bilateral gratings to CNC system to control the 2 cylinders(Y1,Y2) running on the same frequency, keeping the parallel state of the workbench.

7.The rigid upper beam is running on the 8-point bearing system, and the bending precision is increased to + /-0.01 mm.

	Electric: Schneider, France Work with DELTA(Taiwan, China)frequency converter to ensure the machine stability. Servo drives control X-aixs to ensure the positinging accuracy, and the speed of X-axis is adjustable.
Foot Pedal: KACON, South Korea Scientific design and high quality switching elements greatly reduce the probability of misoperation, ensuring the editing and safety of operations.
