Product Description
is a key part of concrete batching plant. It is used to weigh aggregates.
As per the formula of different concrete, some use 2 kinds of aggregate, some use 3 kinds of aggregate and some use 4 kinds of aggregate. Concrete that use 3 or 4 kinds of aggregate are very common. Accordingly, aggregate batching machines that have 3 or 4 aggregate storage bins are commonly used.
According to the weighing method, we have accumulative weighing aggregate batching machine and independent weighing aggregate batching machine. For accumulative weighing aggregate batching machine, there are also two different types: belt weighing type and hopper weighing type.

There is only one scale on the accumulative weighing aggregate batching machine. Different kinds of aggregate must use the same scale to be weighed one by one. If the scale is a hopper, we call it hopper type accumulative weighing aggregate batching machine; while if the scale is a belt conveyor, we call it belt type accumulative weighing aggregate batching machine.
2) Independent weighing aggregate batching machine
There is one separate scale for each kind of aggregate, so different kinds of aggregate can be weighed at the same time. And the scale can only be hopper.
Compared with accumulative weighing aggregate batching machine, independent weighing aggregate batching machine has higher aggregate weighing efficiency and accurancy.
