The NK-FM2018 ultrasonic Velcro slitting machinedelivers industry-grade, factory-ready precision for high-quality hook-and-loop tape production. Using 20 kHz ultrasonic power to add localized cutter pressure, the unit cuts and seals synthetic webbing, Velcro, non-wovens and artificial leather in one clean operation — producing fray-free, uniform edges without burning, sparks or adhesives. Built for continuous production with low noise, simple mechanical maintenance and adjustable running parameters, NK-FM2018 minimizes material waste and rework while improving visual finish and product durability. Ideal for apparel, bags, footwear and packaging lines that demand consistent, repeatable slitting with easy operation and robust industrial components.
