The NK-FM2018 ultrasonic Velcro slitting machinedelivers industry-grade, factory-ready precision for high-quality hook-and-loop tape production. Using 20 kHz ultrasonic power to add localized cutter pressure, the unit cuts and seals synthetic webbing, Velcro, non-wovens and artificial leather in one clean operation — producing fray-free, uniform edges without burning, sparks or adhesives. Built for continuous production with low noise, simple mechanical maintenance and adjustable running parameters, NK-FM2018 minimizes material waste and rework while improving visual finish and product durability.
