1Pound（450g) Closed Loop Reclamation Extractor
This BHO extraction unit with shatter platter,with oil dewaxer column,recovery tank
System specifications:
- Full Closed Loop extractor (6"x12") with a Splatter Platter(6"x2")
-Built in polycarbonate sight glass on tank hemispherical lid. This makes recovery much easier.Literally you can see when all the solvent is gone.You can see the purge happening.
- Removable Stainless Compound Vacuum/Pressure Gauge with 1/4" MNPT. The real side you need a gauge on is the solvent tank. If you have pressure during your extraction you doing something wrong. But this way you can put it on literally any port on the extractor. You now have a gauge for both side of your extractor when you need it.
- 3" Tri-clamp end cap 1/4" NPT (with spray ball)for evenly distribute solvent over material.
- 3"x18" Dewaxing Spool (dry ice sleeve)
- 3" Inline filter stack with Removable 100 mesh screen and compressing ring.
1.5" x 2" Tri-clamp spool filter stack
- 72" Length high pressure PTFE Lined Stainless Steel Hose with 1/4inch JIC adaptor
- High Pressure clamps and Viton seals for the whole system
- 1.5" Tri-clamp sight glass (short/low profile)
25 - 7/16 304 SS ball bearings
- 1/4" NPT Stainless Steel Ball Valves, 1.5" full port 3 Piece ball valve Pressure rated to 1000WOG/1000psi.
- 6" Tri-Clamp x 2" Tri-clamp x 1.5" Tri-clamp x (2) 1/4" MNPT - Extraction tank lid,100psi
-- 6" x 12" Tri-clamp Welded Base (Flat bottom)
