Double Ribbed V-Belts/DPK, DPL
Double Ribbed Beltsare engineered to deliver efficient power transmission from both sides of the belt, making them ideal for serpentine drive systems and compact layouts with small-diameter pulleys—especially where automatic tensioners are not used.
These Poly V-beltsfeature precision-molded double-sided ribs that absorb peak load spikes and reduce the risk of system blockages. Built-in functional slippage helps prevent belt failure under high torque and shock load conditions, ensuring long-lasting reliability in demanding applications.
Combining the high torque capacity of traditional V-belts with the stability of flat belts, Double Ribbed Belts offer excellent flexibility, enhanced durability, and resistance to abrasion and harsh operating environments.
