Double Ribbed V-Belts/DPK, DPL
Double Ribbed Beltsare engineered to deliver efficient power transmission from both sides of the belt, making them ideal for serpentine drive systems and compact layouts with small-diameter pulleys—especially where automatic tensioners are not used.
ThesePoly V-beltsfeature precision-molded double-sided ribs that absorb peak load spikes and reduce the risk of system blockages. Built-in functional slippage helps prevent belt failure under high torque and shock load conditions, ensuring long-lasting reliability in demanding applications.
Combining the high torque capacity of traditional V-belts with the stability of flat belts, Double Ribbed Belts offer excellent flexibility, enhanced durability, and resistance to abrasion and harsh operating environments.
Applications ofDouble Sided Rib Belts:
Automobile generator, fan ,engine driving;
Automation equipment,Ceramic textile machinery• Housekeeping electrical appliances: dryers, health keeping equipments.• Work Tools: Harvester combines, power driven sprayers and engines for work tools.• Machine tools: N C lathes, milling machines, drilling machines and grinding machines.• Industrial Machines: High speed printing Machines, flour grinders, agitators, air blowers,Generators,Compressors.• Others: Broadcasting equipment derives & hovercrafts.
