500kV Mobile Lab for CT/VT measurement test
500kVCT&PTmobile labis made up ofa truck for 220kV CT&PT error test, a 500kV van-typetrailer,test equipment and instruments(includingstandard PT and step-up transformer integrated equipment, strong current generator, standard CT, compensationreactor, compensation capacitor, comparator, integrated control device and so on). The whole set of equipmentcando power frequency step-up and error test for PTof500kV&below. And alsocandostrongcurrent and error test for CT of 3000A &below.This mobile lab can be moved and expanded based on test siteconditions, can do siteerror testby integrated control device for electromagnetic PT, capacitance PT, CT of500kV&below.
220kV test truck can do error test for 220kV&below CT/PT.
220kV test truck and 500kV trailer working together, can do error test for 500kV CT/PT.
Functionsofmobile lab.
CT/PT mobile lab.can adapttomany kinds ofsite conditions. Itcan expandby auto andbymanual, after the expansion,it can meet with the safety insulation distance which test voltage need.Expansion and movement of Test platform can be completed by hydraulic , also can be by manual. Test truck and test trailer share one set of error test equipment. The details are as below.
- 220kVStandard PT and step-up transformer integrated equipment is placed in the middle of cabin, compensation reactor and voltage regulatorareevenly placedincabin, thus meeting with the balance of weight.There’s a specialtrack(Steel tank structure)laying on the bottom plate of cabin,andon thistrack, there’s a tray for placingstandard PT and step-up transformer integrated equipment.Betweenthetrack and tray, there’re special positioning device and fast connection&separation device, convenient to disassembly.During test,220kVStandard PT and step-up transformerintegrated equipmentcanbemovedfromfront to backbyhydraulic.Strong current generatoris in the right middle of cabin, where has a transferring door.Standard CT is in the back of cabin, when do error test for CT, it can be moved out to do test by small electric crane.
- Inside test trailer, there’s a test platform which have 500kV standard PTandstep-up transformerintegrated equipment. There’s a specialtrack(Steel tank structure)laying on the bottom plate oftrailer,andon thistrack, there’s a tray for placingstandard PT and step-up transformer integrated equipment.Betweenthetrack and tray, thereare special positioning device and fast connection&separation device, convenient to disassembly.During test,500kVStandard PT and step-up transformerintegrated equipmentcanbemovedfromfront to backbyhydraulic.
- In both of truck and trailer, all moving mechanismis set up with stop-gear to ensure the accurate place and fixing safetyof test equipment.After movement, it can meet with the safety insulation distance.
- whenauto-operationaccidentorfailure occurs,there’re alsocorresponding manual operation and emergencypower supplyon both of truck and trailer.
- Forsite error testof all kinds of 6kV-35kV PT,use0～70kVstep-up source and 6kV～35kVstandard PT, which are installed in 220kV test truck, but can be moved out to use by small electric crane.
- es have obvious marksand paste wiring diagram, schematic diagram and use instructions at corresponding position.
- In both of truck and trailer, there’s special electric transfer box on side wall. When test, just connect wires to corresponding terminals according to test requirements, then can do test.
