The CNC lathes require small insralling space and low cost, and are designed to deal with the precision machining of small diameter. With maintenance-free servomotors adopted, they are characterized by small size, high feeding accuracy, easy operation and maintennace, smooth escape of chips, ect, all these advantages made them into a successful small-size CNC lathe. CS function can be set to realize the precision machining of curved surface.
XKNC-20G
Guide way adopts the high quality cast iron with quenching, grinding and scraping treatment, which will prolong the precision retaining period of the guide ail surface and keep the stable precision of machine tool for a long time.
Far the main shaft drive, we have provided a step-less speed change by means of a 2.2KWAC servo motor. In addition, we have adopted a maintenance-free digital AC servo for each spindle feed motor.
The respective guide surfaces have been dovetailed with sufficient length and equipped with an automatic lubrication system permitting high precision feed to be maintained for a long period of time
With a 200 stroke in the X-axis and 180mm in the Z-axis despite its super-smallness, it is the top in its class.
Wide openings have been assured for all the doors and easy to use devises such as control buttons have been installed to facilitate setup changes and maintenance.
