Product Description
Tubing headspools are attached to the top connector of casing-head housings or spools, which is used to hang the tubing and seal the annulus between the tubing and casing, consisting of tubing head spool and tubing hanger.
Tubing-head spools are designed to accept packing mechanisms that seal casing strings and hanger and packing mechanisms that can be used to suspend and seal tubing strings.
Tubing head Spool with design of versatile straight-bore, can be installed tubing hanger with different specification.
Features
Straight-bore Design
45℃ shoulder design with high load capacity,which avoids damage to sealing areas by drilling tools, and prevents wedging of the tubing hangers, bowl protectors and test plugs.
Side Outlet Connection Form
Threaded flange side outlet, design with VR plug
Lock Down Screw Assembly
Standardized design lock down shrew assembly
Lock wear bushing, tighten tubing hanger
Secondary Seal
Design with secondary seal mechanism at bottom.
TheCasing Headshall be installed to fit the height of sealing device through cutting casing on spot
Tubing Head, Top Flange and Tubing Hanger
Rubber seal or metal-to-metal seal
Tubing Hanger and top flange can be fed through with cable or penetrated with power mandrel penetrator
Tubing Hanger and top flange may connect multiple joint
