Superfine Micronizer
Brief introduction：
Ultrafine powder mill is world leading fine powder grinding equipment, adopt dry processing to make powder, suitable for processing calcite, mica, fluorspar and other 200 kinds of brittle materials ,which Mohs hardness is lower than 6 degree ,finished product size is 3250 mesh ,has more applications and more broad market prospects.
Working principle:
The spindle drive motor rotating turntable layers through reducer, Rotary plate driven dozens of roller running and rotating in the inner ring .Small particles from hammer crusher get into the storage silo through elevator , then electromagnetic vibrating feeder evenly convey the material to the rotating turntable in the middle,dorp to grinding ring for further milling,after three degree turntable processing, high pressure centrifugal fan pumping powder to powder separator,coarse powder drop back to inner ring for second milling,while the fine one enter Whirlwind powder collector to be finished product,at last, air with a small amount of fine would be purified by pulse dust collector and discharge from muffler and fan .
Main feature:
1. High efficiency low consumption,Yield will be 40% added than jet mill and agitation mill.when the material, power, product fineness at same circumstances.
2. More than one year using life of wear parts be assured.Whole service life is longer than impact mill and Turbine pulverizer.
3. There is no rolling, screws in Grinding chamber . Avoid seals and screw loosing and destroy vulnerable machines issues.
4. Fineness of finished product reach d97≤5μm.
5. Can work continuously, adopt pulse dust collector, high pressure centrifugal induced draft device.
HGM series ultrafine powder mill is a fine powder and superfine powder processing equipment, it is mainly suitable for processing Mohs hardness <6 non-explosive materials such as calcite , chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite,rectorite, diatomite, barite, gypsum, alunite, graphite, fluorite, phosphate rock, potassium ore, pumice and other 200 kinds of brittle materials.Length of using life is subject to hardness of ore material, when the Mohs hardness is 4 to 6 degree,the service life of wear parts will be short as well.
