5.PC series European version efficient coarse grinding mill is developed and manufactured by Shanghai Sunstone ,it is a new generation mill for 0-3MM particle size products .Following part of the crusher working principle, making up the uneven product size insufficient of coarse grains to become the core of the milling equipment.
Working principle:
PC Series European version of the efficient crushing mill mainly consist by housing type, rotor, bearing the hammer and grate bars and other components. Cabinet was divided into two parts by a welded steel plate, after cutting, the remaining parts bolted into one. Inlaid with high manganese steel liner inside of the case, easy to replace if worn.The hammer is regularly distributed on the spindle.Hammer,turntable,and spindle consist the rotor . Main engine drive the spindle via motor and trangle belt, hummer stretch under centrifugal force of rotor rotating,bulk ore stone will be crushed by high speed movement hammer in crushing cavity. Then Crushed material of suitable size passing under grate to discharge hole, while the bulky material failed to stay in the crushing cavity for further crushing untile it can pass the grate. In order to avoid clogging, moisture of the material to be crushed is generally not more than 5%.
Application:Widely used in metallurgy, mining, chemical, cement, coal gangue, construction, sand, refractory, glass and ceramics industrial and mining industrial, engaged in the material in the crushing and fine crushing.
Ore material:Limestone, calcite, dolomite, barite, talc, calcium carbonate, gypsum, bentonite, etc.
