Sucralose 56038-13-2
Sucralose is a white powder product that readily dissolves in water, ethanol, and methanol. It is currently the only functional sweetener produced from sugar cane. Its sweetness is 600 times that of sugar, and the sweetness is pure, very similar to that of sugar, without any aftertaste of bitterness. It has no calories, is not cariogenic, has good stability, and is particularly stable in aqueous solutions.
Long-term toxicological tests have proved that Sucralose is extremely safe. It is currently the most outstanding functional sweetener and has been approved for use in 30 countries including the United States, Canada, Australia, Russia, and China. Currently, Sucralose is widely used in beverages.
