Through steps such as condensation with bromoacetone, cyanide reduction, intramolecular amide hydrolysis cyclization, and deprotection to form salts, the key intermediate (S)-2-(Boc-amino)-3-[(S)-2-oxo-3-pyrrolidinyl] propionic acid methyl ester of parovetide can be efficiently prepared. The design of the chiral center and the protection group enables precise control of the stereospecificity of the cyclization reaction, ensuring the configuration purity of the drug molecule.
